If your order tracking indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, here are the steps to follow:

• Check with your post office or carrier for your tracking number.
• Ask your neighbors if your parcel has been dropped off by mistake.
• If your parcel cannot be found, please contact us with a sworn statement and a copy of your ID. We will investigate with the carrier to locate your order.
