To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within this period, either by email or via our website hivyshape.com, under the "Contact Us" section.

This guarantee applies exclusively to orders over €190. Orders below this amount are not eligible for the guarantee.

Returns must be made (return shipping costs at your expense) as soon as possible and within a maximum of 7 days following the communication of your withdrawal decision.

The item must not be damaged and must be in its original packaging and returned in good physical condition, meaning it must not have suffered any intentional or unintentional damage. Your handling of the product should not be subject to any dispute.

(The postmark will serve as proof, and return costs are your responsibility. Our warehouses are located in Europe.)

Our customer service team will process your request and respond via email within a maximum of 2 business days.
